Modem driver needed

I've installed Windows XP on my computer but The hardware wizard does not detect my modem. The modem is a PCtel HSP56 MR. I still have Win 2k also installed on the same computer and the modem works fine from there
Can anyone help me resolve this problem? Thank you.
 
In many instances Win2K drivers will work in XP.
