Modem 56k

I performed a modem test, everything turned out ok, but
it showed an X on modem card test, and said i need to
fix, it also said, result code... 0002000 My
connection speeds are usually only 40 if i disconnect and
reconnect they may go faster. Another computer in the
house (not networked) gets 49-51 right off. Help!

Maybe just a question of driver update, check yr modem manu.web site.
