mobsync.exe mobsync.dll How to stop it ???

How does one stop mobsync.exe from being installed into msconfig startup group
I have no need to sychronize anything I can not already do manually.

I suspect there is a certain microsoft service that needs
to be disabled but do not know which one ??

I did not always have this program in my startup group
and now there is nothing I can do to stop it.

It is acting for all the world like some kind
of spyware that I can not control.

Adaware and spybot and AVG antivirus all show nothing
related to it.

I would like to use conventional methods
to stop mobsyn.exe from loading.

Can you help me ??

In the past I have successfully installed a phony mobsync
that will simply return control back to the system
but I would rather just stop it from loading.

I have already seen both of these but neither one
tells me how to stop it from showing in msconfig
and stop it from running in the background.

I do not now need this process.

I will not pay more money then I have already paid to
learn how to do this.
