Mobile User Password

I have a lot of mobile users who forget their passwords
while on the raod. I don't want to give them the local
admin password for security reasons. Is there a way to
reset the password for these users remotly?

See if you can remote desktop into the system.
Other ways, such as a remote WMI call, will often
run into port filtering issue between you and them,
or will have the problem of sending the adm account
credentials over the network in an unsafe way.
