MMR save video

when i try to save a video it starts and then the % figure stays constant and
the mins to finish goes up and up

sorry i took so long to come back to you, I just wanted to thank you for
answering my question. I have not sorted out the problem yet mainly due to
lack of time but I hope the very useful information on your website will do
