MMC Console on Win2k Server instantly closes

I've got a Win2k server running as the AD Domain Controller
(only server here).

Everything has been running fine for the last 2 weeks when
I installed it. This afternoon I swapped it over to TS
Application Mode instead of Administration Mode. Now
whenever I open MMC.EXE or any of the plugins through
Administrator Tools, it does nothing. If I connect
through TS(RDP Client) I can see it come up for a brief
second then disappear. This happens with all MMC related
stuff. I'm trying to get into the AD Users and Computers
specifically to change the group a member belongs to but
can't.

I *THINK* I have used a MMC component since changing modes
but I can't just change back to Remote Admin mode and
reboot it during the day since the server is constantly in
use.

I've changed TS mode back to Remote Administration and
still no joy. The MS Support site seems to say to use
Add/Remove programs to re-install MMC but I can't find the
MMC component anywhere!
