MMC 8.7 Uninstall problems

Jim Gieszelmann

I have an All-In-Wonder VE PCI. I noticed that there was a new set of
display drivers and support programs (i.e. MMC 8.7) available on the ATI
website, so I decided to upgrade. Had problems with the upgrades, so
uninstalled using the Windows XP Add/Remove program. MMC 8.7 and the DVD
program would not uninstall. So I tried the ATI uninstaller, again with no
luck. Tried reinstalling the MMC, then uninstalling, again no luck. Has
anyone else had this problem? I want to get rid of all of the ATI
software/drivers and have a clean install with the upgrades, as I think this
may have been some of my original problem.

Any help in uninstalling would be appreciated.

I am afraid you have to uninstall using regedit.
Start the programm and search for any key with "ATI" in it. Good luck.
