MM2 Updates

Just reading some of the posts and was wondering the following.
Does MM2 Get updates from MS or should we be down loading the latest version off the web to pick up any changes/tweaks in program.

Hi Doug --

The setup package available on WU should contain the same bits as the
package that's on the Microsoft website (at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx).

The version number on the moviemk.exe should read: 2.0.3312.0

Hi Doug,

I guess we live too far apart, as I don't understand the phrase 'Do the
Boffins Twig'.

You can't be that lazy if you're doing video editing. If you were, you'd be
watching TV instead.
