MM2 error msg "video device is not responding"

while capturing I click "stop capturing" then click
on "finish".. after spinning its wheels I get the error
msg "The spcified video device is not responding".

Note: that I can capture with Roxio successfully but don't
want to use roxio as its a 'dog' to use..

ok I updated the EMUZED Atlantis driver and now I can
capture successfully.... but now I have no audio at all..
not even during play back...

craps..
