ON START UP IS SAYS MKBDATA.DAT FILE IS MISSING, WHAT IS THIS AND HOW DO I
CORRECT IT?
 
Please don't post in caps. In the newsgroup community that is considered
shouting, and thus rude.

Have you installed a multimedia keyboard? If so, try reinstalling the
software that came with it. If you no longer use that keyboard, uninstall
its software from Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
