Mixed up DVD colors.....

I've recently started having problems with the DVD-drive
in my computer. The same DVDs that the DVD-drive used to
play fine have all of the colors mixed up on them.
Skintones are green, the sky is red, grass is blue, it's
the same with every DVD I try. I've tried using
InterActual, Windows Media Player, PowerDVD, PCFriendly,
but the colors are still mixed up. The picture is still as
clear as before though.

Is this a hardware problem or did some settings get
changed on the computer?

Could be your graphics card is acting up? Maybe overheating or just plain
failing. Is everything else being displayed properly?

Everything else looks perfect. Any pictures on the DVD
like jpeg or gif look normal. The "movie" part of the
DVD, the part that is usually is in the VIDEO_TS folder,
is what looks wrong. Half of the time when I put a DVD in
the drive, it doesn't detect it. But when used like a CD-
ROM drive to play games, it works fine.
