Mixed Mode Replication between DC's

Recently we upgraded our PDC to a WIN2K DC by;

1. Installed NT 4.0 on a new Dell Poweredge 2650, we then promoted this box
to become the new PDC. We then upgraded this machine to a WIN2K DC (root of
the forest).
This machine is also our DNS Server.

2. Installed WIN2K Server on another Dell Poweredge 2650 and made it a DC,
DC PROMO
ran fine and it listed as a DC in the domain.

However 'Replication' between the two DC's will not work! Tried manual
replication to no avail.
Replication is working fine between our existing NT BDC's and WIN2K DC (root
server item #1).

This is a single Domain / Forest!

Any idea's would be appreciated!

What are the errors that you are getting when trying to replicate? I would
say that you need to check the access this computer from the network and
make sure that "enterprise domain controllers" is in there as well.
