misssing file

how can I download or extract a msdatl2.dll file?
I am not able to use a function without this file, please help.

A web search (Google) plus a search of the Microsoft Knowledge Base,
Technet and MSDN fails to find a single reference to any file named
MSDAT12.DLL

Can you provide some additional details regarding the exact problem
you are experiencing, especially the complete verbatim text of any and
all error messages associated with this missing file?
