missing wzcdlg.dll

I am trying to set up my home net work and maybe this question rightly
belongs in that group. However, the error message I get when I try to run the
wireless network wizard is that the wzcdlg.dll is missing. It also says
missing entry:FlashConfigCreat.Network. Can someone please help me sort this
out? I have a feeling that my registry is all messed up.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
