Missing Westminster Font

hello,
I had to reinstall windows on my computer, and when making Titles or
Credits, the Westminster Font is gone. I used it previously on a saved
session. Am I going crazy or what ? please help.

It's not a standard WindowsXP or Office 2003 font so you must have
downloaded or installed it from a third party source.
