Missing VBA Toolbar, Excel 2002

Cannot find "VBA Toolbar". I have right-clicked Standard
Toolbar, and selected "Visual Basic" fom toolbar list. All
I get is a button on Standard Toolbar to access Visual
Basic Editor but no "VBA Toolbar" with
its "Play", "Record" and other buttons. This VBA Toolbar
is apparently a key part in doing Lesson 1 in
Microsoft's "Excel 2002 Visual Basic" textbook which I
just bought to learn more about Excel's macros.
Anyone know how I can find this toolbar?

Tools>Customize>Toolbars. Select the VB Toolbar and "Reset".

Also select the "Stop Recording Toolbar" and reset while you're in there.
