Missing "Unprotect Workbook" option

I have an Excel 2003 workbook I created a while back and applied protection
to it so a password must be entered to open it. I made a copy of the doc
with different name that I am trying to unprotect to transfer to a Windows
Mobile Smartphone so that I can open it on it, will not allow protected
documents to be viewed. So I followed the following steps:

Open the protected workbook.
On the Tools menu, point to Protection, and then click Unprotect Workbook.

HOWEVER, there is no unprotect option. How do I remove protection on this
document copy.

If you saved the workbook with a password using File, Save you must do a
File, Save again and remove/backspacing over the password in the General
Options dialog.

Thank you DLW, it worked! Your directions were short, to the point and
WORKED! After doing so, I transfered the doc onto my Windows Mobile
Smartphone and had no problem viewing it. I went back to the original file
on my laptop, followed your directions and put back the password on the
original file. I am a happy camper.

Excellent!
