missing to field from sent items

I have an Outlook 2003 user who has been working fine on a new PC with XP SP2
with Office 2003 with an Exchange 2003 mail server since the beginning of
this week. This morning after she had been working for about an hour her
Outlook sent items stopped displaying the recipient address in the to field.
She didn't logout or reboot it was just suddenly started happening. Emails
she had sent prweviously still list the recipient it is only for newly
composed replied or forwarded emails.

Does anyone know what I can do for her?

Seems as though the address is there and you just cannot see it. If
there is a DL that it was sent to and you click in the to field;
Outllok will warn you about expanding the dl. What's up with that?
Also when you click in that field you see two small lines on the right
side like small scroll bars.
