When you press the WinKey (the key on the keyboard that looks like the
windows logo or sometimes says either windows or start, it's usually down
near the ctrl and the alt key or in the upper right on some laptops) does
the taskbar appear? If so right click on it, click properties, and untick
the auto-hide option.
