Win XP Home
Device Manager shows my Display Adapter as having a problem.
Propoerties for the Display Adapter indicate Code 37.
I have downloaded the most up to date driver from the manufacturer
(Dell). I also downloaded the most up to date Intel driver from Dell.
I cannot get off of 640X480.
When I logon, Windows suggest that I increase my resolution and offers
to help, but when I click 'Yes', nothing happens. I go into Control
Panel and open Display. There are no tabs. Only the very basic
display properties for choosing a color scheme.
I have looked at my registry (some suggestions to other similar
problems on this forum), but I either do not have the entries described
OR they have the correct value ("0").
I have SpyBot and Teatimer protecting my system from spyware. I have
MacAfee virus protection.
What should I do?
