Missing SuperDAT.log & NTuser.DAT.log

Hi,

I have deleted "SuperDAT.log", and "NTuser.DAT.log" of a
user on XP Pro by accident.
I don't have a backup of these two particular files.
Is there anyway I can recover them?

Not if they are gone from the trash.
