Missing subform data in Report - Access 2003

I have a form with a subform from which data is one-to-many. One audit to
many participants. When the query is generated, the data is as it should be
(ordered in ascending, etc.). When the report is generated, I reformat so
that the information is a format that is easy to digest. After reformatting,
some of the subform data is lost. Is this because I move the data from one
section to another in the report (e.g., controls from Details to Header)? Is
there another way to generate this report so that it is easy to read and
understand? What about exporting the data into a Word doc? If so, how would
I go about this?

Thanks.

I presume it's because you're making some sort of mistake in moving the data.
We can't see your report or your code! How are you "moving" it?

You might want to repost the question - with more details, including a listing
of any VBA code - in the Reports group rather than the General Questions area.
