Missing Startup App - ccRegVfy

My XP software is missing a startup app "ccRegVfy" which
is required by Norton to install virus updates. Where
can I get and how can I load this file?
 
This is wrong newsgroup for your post. Try
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general or any Norton products related
newsgroups.
