Missing Shared Docs

I recently had a power surge (I now have a UPS attached) and I lost access to
my Shared Docs. They don't show anywhere on my computer. There is a folder
called "documents" but I can't access it. Help please!

Run error checking on the drive
My Computer, highlight the left column icon for the drive ("C:" ?) and click
Properties, then Tools, see 'Error Checking'.

I've changed the URL format Wes. No .html prefix anymore:

http://www.winhelponline.com/articles/37/1/

But everytime when I upgrade the CMS package (ArticleLive from Interspire), it defaults to the long URL format. Customization takes 2 hrs or even more during every update/upgrade. Some say that the ".html" suffix is preferred by search engines, I don't think it really matters.
