missing services tab

I went to configure outlook for a user to day and when i
went to <options> it is missing the mail services tab.

If i right click on the icon it goes right to Internet
mail options how do i reconfigure this ?

Which version? In 2000, tools, options, mail ??? tab. look for reconfigure
at the bottom of the dialog.
