Missing 'Send' & 'Send&Recive' buttons in Outlook 2000

I changed from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2002. Now these buttons are missing.
They are not found in the Toolbars options, so I can't customize them back
on. Any help would be seriously appreciated. Thanks.

Nevermind. Problem resolved. I read through some more of the other posts
and got some tips for my problem. Thanks to anyone to was about to respond.

Thanks, Milly. You're right.
I had to re-establish my email Account. Once I did that, both the 'Send' &
the 'Send/Receive' buttons became visible again.
