Missing "screen saver" tab under display properties

Hi There, I am a new windows xp user and I noticed that I
have no option for a screen saver. If I go
under "Control Panel" and then click on "Display" my
display properties open and there is not a tab at all for
screen saver. However, my co-worker does have the tab
and can use screensavers. Any reason why my computer
would be missing it AND is there a way to get it? Any
help is appreciated. Thanks!

restriction that removes the screen saver tab, as well as a number of others
can be controlled with this utility.
