Missing Public Folders in Outlook 2003 w/ Exch 5.5?!

I have looked and looked and double checked the permissons on the public
folders in our Exchange 5.5 server and I can't get the public folders to show
up in my Outlook 2003?!

I researched the newsgroup and someone said to check the Address book in the
profile?! In Outlook 2003 and XP Pro, there is no place to add the Address
Book?! Maybe I am just missing it completely?!?!?!

HELP!!!

Is it not visible in the folder list (Ctrl+6)?

I'm not sure what the address book service has to do with public folders...
but look for it on tools, accounts... view or change address book option.
I'm pretty sure you'll see the service is there.

Thanks for the response. I did finally figure out that it was my Outlook
folder view.

Appreciate it.
