Missing postings

Very often I have missing postings in the Newsgroups. The last one is on the
24th of this months when postings between 06.20hr and 16.00hr are missing.
Is there a way of restoring such missing postings?

missing. Is there a way of restoring such missing postings?

Remove the checkmark from the option at tools>options>read tab>get ###
headers.
Then in each newsgroup go to Tools>Get new Headers.

You now have all messages that are on the server.
