Missing Photo Gallery in other accounts

Hi:
There is Windows Photo Gallery in main/Administrator account, howerver there
are NO Photo Gallery in other three accounts in my household. For this, the
other account users, second, third and fourth account users end up to access
Windows Photo Gallery by clicking 'Help and Support' typing WPG.

Wonder how to access more easily to Windows Photo Gallery for other 3
accounts without needing to type Windows Photo Gallery each time they want
to look at those photoes uploaded by main/Administrator?

Thanks any help on this.

Right click the Start menu and click Open All Users > Start menu > Programs
