missing or corrupt file

Hi,

Discovered that I have a missing/corrupt file named
\WINNT\STSYEM\vgaoem.fon
Was running WIN2k fine then this happened.

Now I cannt start windows because of this file. It says to
run setup again and when I do it asks for a emergency
repair disk. I didnt make one nor did I make a emergency
start up disk. Now I cant do anything!!! PLEASE HELP me
recover my data!

PLEASSSSSSSSSE HELP!!!

you can boot off your cd and do a repair install
