I'm dealing w/ a broadband connectivity problem. When I
check my Network Control Panel, where there should be a
broadband connection and a local area connection, the page
is blank.

If I check the device manager, my network card is listed
and a diagnostic determines that it is functioning
correctly.

When I try to create a new pppoe connection w/ the exact
same name as my "invisible" connection, it tells me the
connection profile by that name already exists. But I have
no way to delete it and start over because I can't see the
darn thing!!!

I've talked to quite a few people that have had this
problem before as well. Can you shed any light on the
subject???

First make sure your Network Connections Service and Remote Access
Connection Manager service are running. If they are then try reinstalling
your Network Adapter drivers in Device Manager.
