MISSING MY TOOLBAR!!!

For some odd reason, my toolbar at the bottom of the screen is missing (the one with the start button). Also all my icons on my desktop are missing. I don't believe I have a virus, but maybe I do. Please inform me as soon as possible. I JUST WANT MY TOOLBAR BACK!

Nothing worked. Sorry, but thanks for trying. I seriously don't know whats up with my computer. There's still no toolbar and no icons. I NEED HELP!!!!

Is it possible your toolbar got "Unlocked"? If it does, it CAN be slid all
the way down...try putting your cursor at the bottom, and see if you get a
vertical arrow. As for the icons, have you tried to right click on desktop,
arrange icons, show desktop icons. Really a wild approach, but hey.

I forgot to add(in case you didn't know)...If you do get a vertical arrow at
the bottom, hold down the left mouse button, and drag task bar back
up...then, right click on the task bar, and check "Lock the taskbar"...all
this assuming that this is what is wrong. Let us know.

No, thats not whats wrong. For some reason after a while, it came back. BUT, when I shut down or restart my computer its gone again. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!
