missing modem

Was going to update driver for pcx2200 toshiba cable modem
went to device manager could not find cable modem only
intel phone (not used) where could it be or what is
driving the cable modem now. Thanks.

Best bet is to check with the modem manufacturer. The method will depend on
whether your modem connects through Ethernet or USB. Apparently this modem
can do either.
