missing menu bar

IE 6 has no menu bar, or any other bar except the blue
bar with min/max/close. Can't click view cause it 's not
there. Tried right clicking, pulling down with the
pointer... Don't know what to do. Please help or direct.

If F11 does not work, download IE Addressbar fix from here:
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/sramesh2k/reg/IEToolbar.reg

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
