"Missing" memory?

*"Missing" memory?
-I noticed that my computer has somehow "lost" some of my memories. As soon
as i logged on and run Task Manager, i looked at Physical Memory section. The
total amount is 244464, Available is 78288, and System Cache is 135840. If i
add the last two numbers, it doesn't give me 244464, but rather less than
244464. Where is the rest of the memory? My graphic card is 96MB, but i'm not
sure if it uses the computer's physical memory. If it's not graphic card,
then what's causing the "missing" memory?

The rest is being used for purposes other than System Cache, including
all of the loaded Windows components, hardware device drivers, and
application programs.
