Since you've told us next to nothing about your problem, it's almost impossible to help you. Please answer the following questions: 1. What e-mail program are you talking about? 2. What do you mean by "I have lost all my mail"? 3. Where and how are you seeing this loss? 4. Is the mail before September 9 still there? 5. Is the mail after October 16 still there?
