missing language bar icon -why?

I find that my language slector icon is missed(i make some manipulations
with tollbars before), but I do not changed any settings. How restore
language selector in taskbar??

Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages page - click
Details
First on Advanced make sure 'Turn off Advanced Text facilities' is *not*
checked, change and Apply if needed, then on the main page click
Language Bar and enable it
