missing "install new font" command

When I go to Control Panel, Fonts to install fonts, I am
missing the "Install new font" command in the File menu.

I tried to install these new truetype fonts by dragging
them into the font folder in Windows Explorer.

Any ideas why I don't have that command?

Just goto C:\Windows\Fonts and drag and drop the new fonts into the folder,
Windows will install them for you
