Notification Area - if so, perhaps they are hidden.
Taskbar Area - if so, run line 240 -

Windows Explorer - if so, XP isn't installed on the C drive.
Start Menu - if so, adjust your hardware acceleration.
Add or Remove - if so, (Start/Run) regsvr32 /i shell32
