missing fonts

Only ROMAN font appears in my MS Word 97 every time I open
this feature. Where is the rest of the others?. I tried to
reinstall the packages many times but no success.

Evey time I start the pc a message says "unable to locate
SYSDOC32.EXE". Can someone please help.

It is really frustrating when I can't get work done.
