Missing fonts

Hi community,

I have been receiving emails with invisible embedded contents in the main
text. When I tried to reply or forward, the words appear. Once the fonts were
chs_boot which seemed suspicious and another time it is MS Pgothic which i do
not have.

Anyone know how to overcome this problem? Much appreciated your help.

These seem to be Chinese fonts. East Asian fonts are part of Windows,
and can be activated from the Control Panel's Regional and Language
Settings.
 
Thanks Pat. i am new user hence did not know how to get back to this screen.
I tried your suggestion but there was no for East Asian fonts or Chinese
fonts in the dropdown list within Control Panel's Regional and Language
settings. What else can I do?
