Missing Folder Option after virus attack

My folder option is gone after my PC infected virus, how to i enable/show the
folder option back?

The virus is completely remove,i know,i use some virus program like AVG-AV to
scan and successful remove the virus, but the folder option is disable by the
virus at the time infacted virus, now i just wanna to enable back, i dont
know how, could you give me a guide line to enable the folder option back? Is
really hard to do some work without folder option,thanks in advance.

Please follow the instructions in my previous reply, Info. The expert who
handles your log will be able to set things right after (s)he's made sure
the machine's clean. (AVG AV catches less than 5% of these hijackers.)

Thanks anyway,i reformat the Hard Disk already,blue screen come out...
