missing files

I had to re-install my product recovery cd-rom discs (hard drive issues) I
had to establish all new files. My question is: Anyway possible way to find
any old files on hardrive?

There are a number of file recovery tools, many free, that you could have used.
Do a Google search for these tools.
However, that being said, the longer you use your hard drive the less chance you have of recovering
these files.
Your recovery cd's removed any protection for these files and they are now being over-written by
your programs and actions.
I would guess that your chance of recovering any usable files is now less than 5%.

Best you learn to backup your critical data to removable drives (CD-R or USB drives) for just such a
problem in the future.

Don't get your hope up. If programs are part of the "files" you are
looking for... your hopes will be dashed to pieces.

You need to install everything all over again
