Missing Files

I seem to be missing two files. I am not sure if this is
from Windows XP or from Winfax..

Here are the two file names. If anyone has these files
and can e-mail them to me along with where they go, my
problem may be solved. Or if you have any other solutions.
I keep getting error messages evey 5 min telling me this
file cannot be loaded.

the files are:

winupd.dll
wincore.dll
