Missing Files

Thru Windows Update, I just attempted to download and install an NVIDEA
Display Driver and a Creative Tech Driver. They downloaded but hung up
during the installation. After about an hour, I clicked Ctrl-Alt-Delete but
nothing happened. After another long wait, I finally held down the power
button and stopped my computer.

I then did several startups and turn-offs and let it do disk checks and
several things. At one point it seemed to stabilize and, although working
very slowly, I finally did a restore. It went thru the whole process but
finished up by saying that no restore was done because nothing had changed.
I tried an earlier restore point with the same result. Finally, it seemed
to completely stabilize and everything seems OK except on startup, I get two
dialog boxes. One says that
C:\Windows\System32\NVMCTRAY.DLL is missing and the other says
C:\Windows\System32\NvCpl.dll is missing.

My computer seems to be working OK but I would like to get those two dll
files back.

Oh, BTW, I went to Windows Update and it says there is nothing to download.

Thanks for any help.

Never mind. I went to the NVIDIA site and downloaded the latest driver and
it restored the two files. All appears to be ok.
