missing files

when i scan my pc it says im missint the following files
C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\09\00\Intel32\DotNetInstaller

C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\09\01\Intel32\DotNetInstaller

C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\10\01\Intel32\DotNetInstaller

how do i get them back?

Scan your PC with WHAT? and is anything broke?
