missing files

On upgrading from 98SE to XP Pro the following files
would not copy: msdxm.ocx esentprf.ini
How do I restore these missing files to my system?
 
Go to run,type:cmd
At the curser type:Sfc /Scannow
When the bar-graph starts install xp cd,exit the info.
page,when the graph is thru,remove cd,type:CHKDSK C: /F
Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Reboot computer.
