Missing file

When I start the computer, I get the message "module
C:\windows\image.new missing". This comes up twice and 2
"rundll" buttons appear on the Task bar.
How do I fix this?

That file appears to be related to spyware. You'll have to hunt down where
that file is being called for, and fix that. You might want to install
ad-aware and/or spybot search and destroy and see what other pests are
lurking on your computer.
