Malware infestation leftover...

Are you sure your computer is clean of said infestation?

Take the exact error messge verbatim and type into Google Search. Hopefully
there will be some liks about that error. Chances are someone else has had
the same error and there is a fix for it through Microsoft or somewhere else.
Let me know if this works so I can improve my services.

The message is good news, because it means that your anti-virus software is
working. It caught a virus and removed it, but left behind the launcher
reference. Use MSCONFIG to locate the reference so you can delete it
manually.

Your system may still be infected, so be sure to update your anti-virus and
re-scan. It's probably also a good idea to clear the temporary internet
files and Temp folders. the free utility ccleaner (www.ccleaner.com) is
very helpful for this task.
